- Use the native gamecube adapter support and not the PC-mode on your adapter. Make sure you are not running Dolphin in windowed mode or borderless fullscreen. Exclusive Fullscreen is the way to go. One thing to note about that is that the Vulkan backend until recently didn't have an Exclusive Fullscreen.
